Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead field execution of multifamily and mixed-use construction in Florida. You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards.

This leadership role requires coordinating teams, solving complex challenges, and driving successful outcomes from start to finish across on-site activities with close collaboration with the Project Manager.

Qualifications

• Significant experience overseeing ground-up multifamily, mixed-use, or large-scale projects.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specifications, contracts, and schedules.
• Proficient in construction management software and related tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead all onsite construction activities from mobilization to project completion.
• Collaborate with the Project Manager to develop schedules and coordinate preconstruction activities.
• Drive safety, quality, schedule, and budget performance across the project.
• Provide leadership to subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Identify and resolve schedule delays, quality issues, and site risks.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Act as Quality Control Manager and maintain workmanship standards.
• Monitor subcontractor performance and accountability for project outcomes.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, and turnover activities.
• Foster strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and partners.
