Qualifications

• Experience leading multifamily or large-scale residential construction projects.
• Ability to independently manage multiple trades and scopes.
• Strong knowledge of sequencing, scheduling, and safety requirements.
• Experience coordinating inspections with municipal agencies and consultants.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate assigned phases of multifamily and mixed-use construction projects.
• Manage multiple trades and scopes of work while maintaining schedule, quality, and safety.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity, and work quality.
• Review project schedules with Project Managers and identify risks and recovery options.
• Develop and maintain short-term look-ahead schedules.
• Coordinate inspections, ensure code compliance, and support project turnover.
• Identify jobsite issues early and implement risk-reducing solutions.
• Participate in daily, weekly, and milestone meetings.
• Foster a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with standards.
• Mentor junior field personnel including Superintendent I.
