Vivmark Residential is seeking a Superintendent I to join our Construction team in Fort Lauderdale, FL, to support the delivery of multifamily and mixed-use development projects and gain hands-on field leadership. You’ll own portions of a project, coordinate subcontractors, uphold safety and quality standards, and help ensure on-schedule, high-quality results while learning from experienced professionals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent construction experience.
• Experience in multifamily, commercial, mixed-use, or residential construction.
• Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of scheduling, safety requirements, and quality control practices.
• OSHA certification or willingness to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day field execution of multifamily and mixed-use projects.
• Manage designated scopes of work and take ownership of key components.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, productivity, and schedule adherence.
• Identify and address jobsite risks related to safety, quality, scheduling and productivity.
• Collaborate with project management to review schedules and plan work.
• Ensure activities meet project specifications and quality standards.
• Participate in daily/weekly project meetings and coordinate trades.
• Conduct site walks, track progress, and document activities.
• Maintain a safe, organized, and efficient construction site.
