Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking an experienced Project Superintendent to lead the field execution of multifamily and mixed-use construction projects, ensuring on-schedule delivery, safety, and quality. This is a leadership role coordinating teams, solving complex challenges, and driving project outcomes from start to finish.

Qualifications

• Experience overseeing ground-up multifamily, mixed-use, or large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of means and methods, scheduling, budgeting, quality control, and safety practices.
• Ability to lead multiple stakeholders and maintain project momentum in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing large project teams and subcontractor relationships.
• Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, contracts, and project schedules.
• Proficiency with construction management software and technology tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead all onsite construction activities from mobilization to project completion.
• Partner with the Project Manager to develop schedules, coordinate activities, manage jobsite setup, and execute plans.
• Drive safety, quality, schedule, and budget performance.
• Provide leadership to subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Identify and resolve project challenges, including delays and risks.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate inspections, testing, turnover activities.
• Build strong relationships with owners, architects, consultants, and partners.
