Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of four years' related training and at least eight years of building construction experience.
• Thorough knowledge of general/subcontract documents, drawings, specs, construction means, methods and materials.
• Ability to implement BIM and Lean to benefit the project.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary liaison with owners/architects/engineers for day-to-day construction activities.
• Develop and implement overall project work schedules identifying critical paths and expediting materials/equipment.
• Lead, supervise, and develop Turner field staff including performance appraisals.
