RIMEPRO INC. is seeking an experienced Construction Superintendent to lead ground-up industrial and commercial projects in Southern California, including tilt-up, warehouses, and distribution centers.

You will oversee sitework through turnover, manage subs, schedules, safety, and quality. Ideal candidates have 5+ years as a superintendent with GC exposure, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with Procore or similar CM tools.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent with a commercial general contractor.
• Experience managing projects from initial sitework through final completion.
• Thorough understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and field operations.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project schedules.
• OSHA 30 certification preferred.
• Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, or similar construction management software preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily field operations on ground-up industrial and commercial construction projects from mobilization through completion.
• Manage all phases of construction, including sitework, foundations, concrete tilt-up, structural steel, building systems, and final turnover.
• Develop and maintain construction schedules, coordinate trade sequencing, and ensure critical project milestones are met.
• Direct subcontractors, foremen, and field personnel while maintaining productivity, quality, and safety.
• Coordinate material deliveries, equipment, inspections, and subcontractor activities to keep projects moving.
• Collaborate closely with Project Managers, engineers, architects, and ownership to resolve field issues and maintain project schedules.
• Conduct regular site inspections, safety meetings, and quality control reviews.
• Manage RFIs, field documentation, daily reports, and construction progress updates.
• Proactively identify scheduling conflicts, constructability challenges, and potential project delays.
