Amentum is seeking a Project Scheduler to support the Spent Fuel Handling Project at the Naval Reactors Facility, Idaho National Lab. You will assist the Construction Manager and Project Controls Manager with schedule development, review subcontractor schedules in Primavera P6, and integrate them into a master construction schedule.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of work experience in scheduling
• 3+ years on large-scale heavy industrial projects
• Experience with Primavera P6
• 5+ years administering project schedules
• MS Office Suite experience (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Ability to plan, organize, document, perform, review, and present multiple subprojects with minimal supervision
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Proof of US Citizenship to comply with government requirements

Aufgaben

• Review and maintain subcontractor schedules in P6
• Assist in integrating subcontractor schedules into a master Integrated Construction Schedule
• Report and monitor progress on major construction milestones
• Support Project Controls Manager in tracking status Weekly
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports and ad hoc reporting
• Assist with day-to-day project administration including financial control and reporting
• Provide earned value progress and variance analysis of schedule slips
• Coordinate with project management, field teams, and finance stakeholders
