Job summary

Framatome North America is seeking a seasoned Scheduling Lead to own and manage the master project schedule across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning. You will mentor a team of schedulers, ensure robust schedule logic, and deliver accurate status reports for executive review.

Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years in project scheduling within nuclear, energy, or infrastructure sectors, with strong Primavera P6 expertise and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of experience in project scheduling for large industrial or infrastructure projects.
• Strong expertise with Primavera P6 (mandatory) and advanced planning methodologies.
• Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure on large projects.

Responsibilities

• Develops, maintains current project schedules and schedule analysis.
• Leads schedule status meetings and provides data-driven insights to management.
• Coordinates with cross-functional teams on scheduling tools and processes.
• Performs schedule health checks, risk analyses, and recovery planning.
• Drives baseline management and change control for master schedules.
