AES Clean Energy is seeking a Lead Project Scheduler.

This position develops and maintains project schedules, summarizes EPC project schedules into the AES CE Integrated Master Schedule, and monitors schedule progress. The role involves explaining schedule variances, preparing trend reports, and assisting project teams in understanding project outlooks.

The Lead Project Scheduler reports to the Scheduling Manager.

KEY Responsibilities:

1. Review project schedule data, verify activity records, open/close dates, and WBS structure.
2. Evaluate work packages for feasibility.
3. Recommend alternative methods to achieve desired results efficiently.
4. Communicate schedule status and corrective actions with internal and external stakeholders.
5. Coordinate with project teams to ensure schedule information is properly communicated.
6. Assist in developing and maintaining project status reports and schedule analysis.
7. Develop and maintain project baselines.
8. Analyze project requirements and resource availability.
9. Coordinate data collection on project activities and achievements.
10. Modify schedules as needed and prepare reporting on schedule status.
11. Ensure project plans are achievable and current.
12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Skills & Qualifications:

1. Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and reach consensus on complex issues.
2. Minimum 8 years of scheduling experience or relevant experience in solar project development/construction.
3. Proficiency with scheduling software and analysis techniques.
4. Strong communication skills.
5. Solid understanding of Primavera P6, MS Project, Word, and Excel.
