Job summary

Siemens Mobility in the United States is seeking a Quality Manager in Projects to lead project quality across electrification and automation initiatives for large industrial clients. You will drive QA plans, manage NCs, and apply 8D, RCA, and FMEA while coaching teams in agile methods.

Collaborating with Procurement, R&D, Engineering, and Manufacturing, you will implement risk-based quality processes and ensure effective project reporting. Hybrid work is available for this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in quality management or project quality roles.
• Experience in Medium/Low Voltage quality management, project management, or similar roles.
• Proficient in core quality tools (5 Why, RCA, CAPA-8D, Ishikawa, process audits).
• Strong data analytics and digitalization skills; familiarity with Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer-facing quality management for major projects in Electrification and Automation.
• Develop, implement, and monitor project quality plans and QA measures.
• Manage non-conformances (NC) and drive corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Logistics, R&D, Engineering, Manufacturing, and Suppliers.
• Guide teams in agile/lean methods and quality reporting within project plans.
