Siemens Energy, Inc. seeks an experienced Quality Specialist to oversee quality management within projects, conduct risk assessments, and ensure compliance with ISO standards.

You will lead supplier audits and drive supplier quality initiatives while coordinating with procurement and project teams to embed quality across schedules and budgets. You will deliver executive-ready dashboards on risk, NCCs, and quality metrics, mentor teams, and pursue continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in business, quality management, risk management or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Management, continuous improvement, manufacturing, field service, construction, or industrial operations.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems with audit experience.
• Advanced English language proficiency with strong written and verbal communication; proficient in MS Office, Power BI, SharePoint, and quality tools.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% as required by business needs.

Aufgaben

• Conduct risk assessments for projects and monitor quality activities across the lifecycle.
• Define and implement quality requirements aligned with project objectives and Siemens Energy standards.
• Conduct supplier audits and collaborate with procurement to enhance supplier quality.
• Plan and conduct internal quality audits; prepare reports and drive corrective actions for non-conformities.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and regulatory requirements in all activities.
• Partner with Project Managers to integrate quality into schedules, budgets, and scope baselines; provide executive dashboards on risk and NCCs.
• Design and deliver training on quality management concepts; mentor team members and analyze data to identify root causes and optimization opportunities.
