Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Quality Management, Risk Management or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Quality Management, Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing, Field Service, Construction, or Industrial Operations.
• In-depth knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems. Proven experience in conducting internal and supplier audits, with a strong understanding of audit methodologies. Experience with root cause analysis, CAPA, risk management, and quality improvement methodologies.
• Advanced English language proficiency, including strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, SharePoint, and quality management tools.
• Strong time-management skills and attention to detail. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends. Ability to influence stakeholders and drive cross-functional collaboration.
• Willingness to travel as business needs require (up to 20% travel)

Responsibilities

• Oversee quality management within projects and conduct risk assessments.
• Lead internal and supplier audits and drive supplier quality management initiatives.
• Define and implement quality requirements aligned with project objectives and standards.
• Plan and conduct internal quality audits and manage corrective actions.
• Maintain ISO compliance (ISO 9001, ISO 14001) and stay updated on industry regulations.
• Develop dashboards and executive-ready status updates on risk, NCCs, and quality outcomes.
• Provide training on quality management principles and mentor project teams.
