Job summary

Siemens in the United States is hiring a Quality Manager to lead the Pendergrass site’s quality strategy and ensure products, processes, and systems meet customer, regulatory, and Siemens standards. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Manufacturing, Operations, or related field.
• 8+ years of progressive quality experience within a manufacturing environment, including leadership responsibilities.
• 3+ years leading quality teams and driving cross-functional quality improvement initiatives.
• Experience developing, implementing, and managing Quality Management Systems in complex manufacturing operations.
• Demonstrated experience with root cause analysis, corrective actions, statistical process control (SPC), process capability analysis, and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Experience leading internal and external audits and ensuring compliance with quality standards and customer requirements.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills with the ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site's Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with Siemens standards and customer requirements.
• Develop and execute quality strategies supporting safe, reliable, and efficient manufacturing operations across fabrication, coating, plating, epoxy, and assembly processes.
• Drive a culture of quality excellence through proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement.
• Establish and monitor key quality KPIs (FPPY, complaints, scrap, rework, supplier quality, cost of poor quality).
• Lead audits and ensure timely closure of corrective and preventive actions.
• Manage customer quality concerns and drive root cause investigations using structured methodologies.
• Partner with manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and EHS to improve process capability and performance.
• Oversee supplier quality performance and corrective actions; support new product introductions and change management.
• Utilize quality tools to analyze trends and implement sustainable solutions.
• Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing quality organization.
