• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field; 2–5 years of project management experience.
• PMP or IPMA Certification required or completed within three years of starting.
• Must be able to gain unescorted access to nuclear power plants; 15% travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead execution of complex power plant equipment upgrade projects across North America, overseeing from kickoff to final customer acceptance.
• Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, field service, and customer teams to deliver projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and in compliance with quality and regulatory requirements.
• Establish effective communication with partners regarding updates, design reviews, factory testing, and witness points.
• Maintain and control project financials including emergent contract issues and change orders.
• Oversee upgrades of turbines, generators, exciters and related systems.
