Job summary

Siemens Energy is recruiting a Project Manager for Generator Complex Projects in Orlando. You will lead cradle‑to‑grave management of engineering, manufacturing, delivery and installation of upgraded generator components and related balance‑of‑plant systems.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in complex project or field service roles, with experience in generator technology and a willingness to obtain IPMA/PMI certification. 15% travel; US work authorization required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience managing large, complex high‑value projects (generators preferred).
• Strong understanding of generator systems, excitation equipment, and balance of plant.
• Willingness to gain unescorted access to nuclear power plants.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary interface with external customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain regular project updates, design reviews, factory testing, contract deliverables, and witness points.
• Manage project financials including change orders and emergent issues.
• Develop plans to deliver Quality and Risk Management for the project.
• Implement Zero-Harm directives for project safety performance.
