Job summary

Siemens Energy, Inc. seeks a Project Engineering Manager to lead a diverse team of engineering specialists in major power plant modification and modernization projects in the United States and global markets.

You will collaborate with sales, bid management, project management and customers to create technically sound contracts and ensure execution in line with standards, driving project success across EPC-style scopes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering or related field.
• 10 years of industry-specific experience, with at least 5 years in project engineering or technical project management.
• Strong leadership of geographically dispersed engineering teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead a diverse engineering team across mechanical, electrical, process, controls and instrumentation.
• Develop and manage technical contracts and ensure compliance with execution standards.
• Coordinate with sales, bid management, project management and customers to structure engineering work packages and interfaces.
