Job summary

Clēnera is seeking a Pre-Construction Project Manager to independently lead pre-construction efforts for multiple utility-scale projects. You will own scope, budget, schedule, procurement strategy, and risk mitigation plans to ensure construction readiness and alignment with business objectives.

You will collaborate with Development, Engineering, Estimating, and Construction teams, protecting cost and schedule certainty before mobilization while serving as the primary POC for external customers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM/engineering/related field.
• 5+ years in construction PM or related field.
• 3+ years pre-construction for utility-scale renewables.
• Strong cost, schedule, and risk reporting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction for multiple utility-scale projects.
• Develop scope, budget, schedule, procurement strategy.
• Coordinate with Development, Engineering, Estimating, Construction.
• Manage design reviews and constructability.
• Maintain pre-construction controls and docs.
• Lead risk mitigation and permitting readiness.
• Serve as POC for external customers.
• Support handoff to Construction and schedule certainty.
