As a Principal Associate, Project Manager in the Product Strategy & Operations organization, you will standardize Jira workflows, manage OKR frameworks, and drive capability-building routines that optimize performance and empower high-performing teams to move strategic

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Military experience.
At least 3 years of Project Management experience.
Master’s Degree preferred.
PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience leading complex projects.

Responsibilities

Establish and maintain Commercial Product’s OKR methodology, reporting routines, and cadences.
Manage Jira platform operations, reporting, and team enablement.
Execute organization-wide associate engagement programs, capability-building routines, and talent development tracking.
Drive day-to-day operational discipline across product teams through standardized Jira workflows, OKR tracking cadences, and talent enablement routines.
Create and maintain core operational artifacts used for MBRs, QBRs, and executive stakeholder engagement.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and leadership to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership.
