This Principal Associate, Project Manager role focuses on operational excellence and talent enablement across product teams.

You will standardize Jira workflows, implement OKR programs, and deliver executive artifacts for reviews. This position partners with cross-functional leaders to move strategic goals forward,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience.
• At least 3 years of Project Management experience.
• Master's Degree preferred.
• 5+ years of Project Management experience preferred.
• PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Strong problem-solving and influencing skills.
• Experience delivering complex projects.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain OKR methodology and reporting cadences.
• Manage Jira platform operations and team-level enablement.
• Execute associate engagement programs and talent development tracking.
• Drive day-to-day operational discipline across product teams.
• Create and maintain executive artifacts for MBRs and QBRs.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to manage complex bodies of work.
