Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience.
• At least 3 years of Project Management experience.
• PMP, Lean, Agile, or Six Sigma certification.

Responsibilities

• OKR Methodology & Reporting: Establish and maintain Commercial Product's OKR methodology, reporting routines, and tracking cadences.
• Delivery Tooling & Workflow Optimization (Jira): Manage Commercial's Jira platform operations, reporting, and team-level enablement.
• Talent Development & Engagement Execution: Execute organization-wide associate engagement programs, capability-building routines, and talent development tracking.
• Operational Discipline: Drive day-to-day operational discipline across product teams through standardized Jira workflows, OKR tracking cadences, and talent enablement routines—delivering high-leverage practice and talent optimization.
• Executive Artifacts & Reporting: Create and maintain core operational artifacts used for MBRs, QBRs, and executive stakeholder engagement.
