Job summary

Capital One’s Commercial Banking Product team seeks a Principal Associate, Project Manager to drive operational excellence and talent development across product teams in the Capital One ecosystem. You will standardize Jira workflows, manage OKRs, and enable capability-building routines to accelerate delivery and empower high-performing teams.

The role focuses on aligning strategy with execution, reporting across MBRs/QBRs, and partnering with cross-functional leaders to manage complex programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or military experience required.
• 3+ years of Project Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain OKR methodology, reporting routines and cadences.
• Manage Jira platform operations, reporting, and team enablement.
• Execute associate engagement programs and talent development tracking.
• Drive day-to-day operational discipline across product teams with standardized workflows.
• Create and maintain core operational artifacts for MBRs, QBRs and executive reporting.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to provide strategic and tactical thought partnership.
