Job summary

This role focuses on operational excellence across product teams, delivering executive-ready artifacts, and partnering with leaders to drive results through structured processes and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or Military experience required.
• Minimum 3 years of Project Management experience.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain OKR methodology, reporting, and cadences.
• Manage Jira platform operations, reporting, and team enablement.
• Execute talent development programs and associate engagement initiatives.
• Drive day-to-day operational discipline with standardized workflows and cadences.
• Create and maintain executive artifacts for reporting and governance.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align delivery with strategic goals.
