Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or mechanical engineering; field experience preferred.
• 2+ years of project engineering in mechanical contracting preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and computer literacy; knowledge of Bluebeam, MS Project, Revit, Navisworks or ACC/Procore is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager in planning work schedule and manpower.
• Coordinate project personnel to keep progress on schedule and within budget.
• Identify potential problems and assist in solving schedule conflicts.
• Edit letters, memos, reports, and procedures as required.
• Oversee day-to-day administrative items under supervisor.
• Prepare reports and analyses as requested, with minimal supervision.
