Job summary

CVS Health is seeking a collaborative professional to lead onboarding and implementation of complex pharmacy programs for a diverse client portfolio. You will guide clients on product selection, plan design and solution strategies that align with business needs and drive a best-in-class experience.

The role owns end-to-end client account management, from intent gathering to setup, implementation, and transition to the account management team.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product and/or health plan implementation.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration.
• Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects, including end-to-end client delivery.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
• Bachelor's degree preferred or relevant professional work experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation and onboarding of complex pharmacy programs and customized plan designs
• Consult with clients on products, solutions, and strategies aligned with their goals and operational needs
• Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to meet critical timelines and deliverables
• Ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience to support retention and growth objectives
• Manage multiple implementations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Adapt to evolving processes, tools, and organizational priorities
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy while appropriately escalating risks or issues
