CVS Health is seeking an onboarding and implementation lead to guide complex pharmacy programs for a diverse client portfolio. You will manage end-to-end client delivery, from intent gathering to setup and transition to account management.

The role emphasizes collaboration with internal and external stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, requiring a customer-first mindset and strong program management skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product and/or health plan implementation.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare administration.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Drive the implementation and onboarding of complex pharmacy programs and customized plan designs.
• Consult with clients on products, solutions, and strategies aligned with their goals and operational needs.
• Coordinate across internal teams and external partners to meet critical timelines and deliverables.
• Ensure a seamless, high-quality client experience to support retention and growth objectives.
• Manage multiple implementations simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
• Adapt to evolving processes, tools, and organizational priorities.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy while escalating risks or issues as needed.
