Responsibilities

• Lead Work Breakdown efforts to create detailed schedules and manage communications.
• Develop and adapt PMP principles to improve project execution.
• Establish and control budgets; monitor net profit variance.
• Create comprehensive Gantt charts and project portfolios.
• Interact with customers to define needs and manage expectations.
• Ensure system debug and runoff meet requirements; prepare project reviews.
