Job summary

Pro Mach, Inc. in Huntington, IN is seeking a Program Manager to lead Shuttleworth's Project Management team and oversee a portfolio of large, complex projects. You will ensure on-time delivery, budget adherence, and stakeholder satisfaction while mentoring project managers.

You will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Applications, Aftermarket, and Sales to align resources, review change orders, and improve processes. Traveling up to 20% is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical degree required or equivalent experience.
• PMP certification preferred; engineering degree preferred.
• 8+ years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Shuttleworth's Project Management team.
• Manage a portfolio of large, complex projects on time and within budget.
• Coordinate resources across Engineering, Applications, Manufacturing, Aftermarket and Sales.
• Review and approve change orders; manage scope, pricing, and margins.
• Partner with cross-functional managers to align resources and resolve issues.
• Provide customer relationship management and serve as escalation point for at-risk projects.
• Track budgets and monitor profit variance; drive process improvements.
• Support sales-to-project handoff and estimates; monitor schedules and forecasts.
