Job summary

Shuttleworth, part of ProMach, is seeking a Program Manager to lead a portfolio of large, complex projects and to develop the Project Management team. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality expectations across multiple departments.

You will mentor project managers, collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and sales, and oversee budgets with a focus on improving processes and profit margin. Travel up to 20% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a technical field or related experience.
• 8+ years of related experience and/or training or equivalent.
• PMP certification or willingness to pursue preferred; Engineering degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of larger and more complex projects, delivering on time and on budget.
• Lead and develop the Project Management team.
• Coordinate resources across departments to optimize project delivery.
• Review and approve change orders with appropriate scope, pricing, and margin.
• Partner with Engineering, Applications, Manufacturing, Aftermarket, and Sales to align resources.
