Job summary

Pro Mach Integrated Solutions seeks a Project Manager to lead multi-disciplined teams delivering integrated production systems in the packaging industry. You will own execution from inception to final acceptance, coordinating across Engineering, Quality Assurance, Procurement, Production, Shipping, Finance, and Customer Service to achieve on-time delivery and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology or related field.
• 5+ years in Engineering, Integration, or Project Management, preferably in packaging or automation.
• Experience leading multi-discipline project teams and strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Act as primary customer interface and own overall project performance.
• Coordinate and drive project execution with stakeholders across departments.
• Develop and maintain master project schedules and manage risks.
• Review bids against scope and ensure on-time delivery and profitability.
• Handle invoicing at milestones and contract modifications as needed.
