Puget Sound Energy in Bellevue, Washington is seeking a Project Manager III within the Merchant Energy Delivery team. You will lead project management activities to integrate energy resources and commercial agreements into ESM operations, and drive the FOAI program from execution through readiness.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and cross-functional collaboration, with experience in budgeting, procurement, and contract administration.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and/or work experience.
• At least six years relevant project management experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication to align divergent views.
• Knowledge of budgeting, procurement, and contract administration.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple simple to medium complexity projects in a cross-functional environment.

Aufgaben

• Develops and manages all project management activities for ESM operations.
• Leads Front Office Asset Integration (FOAI) program governance and delivery.
• Drives asset integration planning, coordination, and implementation.
• Manages integration of energy resources and commercial agreements through readiness.
• Tracks milestones and progress to meet commercial operation objectives.
• Coordinates with Traders, Schedulers, Analysts, Engineers, and counterparty teams.
• Develops standardized processes, dashboards and training materials.
