Responsibilities

• Provide engineering, technical, and analytical support for merchant transmission portfolio management, asset integration, and transmission service strategy.
• Evaluate transmission availability, deliverability, curtailment, and system constraints affecting portfolio resources.
• Develop technical recommendations for transmission service, resource delivery, and asset integration matters.
• Prepare, submit, and track transmission service requests and related processes.
• Support asset integration of generation resources and contracted assets.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and external providers on transmission decisions and documentation.
