Job summary

Luster National, Inc. in New York, NY seeks Project Managers for large, complex heavy civil infrastructure programs across highways, roads, bridges, transit, aviation, and water/wastewater projects.

You will manage scope, budget, schedule and risk from planning through construction and closeout. We hire for a range of experience levels; responsibilities include leading delivery teams, coordinating with designers, contractors and agencies, overseeing safety and quality, and communicating status

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field required; experience considered in lieu of degree.
• 10+ years of project management experience on large, complex heavy-civil projects.
• Experience managing scope, budget, schedule, and risk from design through closeout.
• Experience with contract administration and coordinating multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• May lead delivery of assigned projects or task orders from planning through construction and closeout.
• Oversee scope, budget, schedule, and risk; report status to leadership.
• Coordinate with designers, contractors, agencies, and third parties.
• Administer contracts, submittals, RFI, progress payments, and time extensions.
• Evaluate changes and claims for entitlement, cost, and schedule impact.
• Develop cost forecasts, CPM updates, and earned value reporting.
• Coordinate across agencies and utility owners and other contractors.
• Ensure safety and quality programs are followed; oversee commissioning and turnover.
