Job summary

EnviroVantage Inc. seeks Project Managers to lead environmental remediation and demolition projects across New England.

This role requires taking ownership from award to completion, establishing objectives, milestones, and budgets, and coordinating with foremen, subcontractors, and clients to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Candidates should have at least 5 years in the field, with federal contract experience preferred, and must hold a valid driver’s license with a clean record.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in construction and/or environmental remediation.
  • Experience managing federal government contracts preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
  • Must be able to pass a federal government background screen.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of a project upon award and see through to completion.
  • Establish project objectives, milestones, budgets, and schedules.
  • Procure supplies and materials to complete a project buy-out.
  • Oversee foremen/superintendents to plan, organize and direct activities on the job site.
  • Monitor production and project costs to ensure completion on schedule.
  • Review and sign off on daily manpower and progress reports.
  • Develop a 3-week look ahead for all projects.
  • Interact with customers and lead on scope negotiation.
  • Develop relationships with subcontractors proactively.
  • Oversee change order requests with estimating and finance.
  • Ensure project close out package is completed and billable.
