Job summary

Tiltedge Solutions seeks an experienced Lead Project Manager to oversee complex electric transmission and capital construction projects across New England. You will lead projects from planning and permitting through execution and closeout, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, schedule, and safety requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, financial forecasting, stakeholder engagement, and the ability to coordinate contractors, engineers, and internal partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field.
• 5+ years PM experience in electric utility, energy, transmission, construction, or infrastructure sectors.
• Strong experience managing large capital projects and budgets.
• 5+ years of project financial forecasting and reporting experience.
• 5+ years of team leadership experience.
• Primavera P6, Procore, and/or PowerPlan experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• PMP, APM, PE, or related certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic electric transmission and capital construction projects from initiation through completion.
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to established quality standards.
• Manage permitting, siting, regulatory approvals, and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, forecasts, and performance reports.
• Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate contractors, consultants, engineering teams, and internal business partners.
• Present project status updates to senior leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management processes.
• Mentor and support junior project management staff.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
