Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield in Los Angeles is seeking a Project Manager, Project & Development Services to provide professional project management for designated projects at client sites, campuses, and facilities.

You will lead budgets and schedules, coordinate reports and reviews, oversee consultants and construction teams, and ensure compliance with policies, codes, and client expectations; strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years directly related experience in an engineering/construction project accountability role
• Minimum of 5 years project management experience required
• Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a project management capacity especially experience in leading, motivating, and developing employees
• Hands-on experience with tenant improvement construction projects preferred

Responsibilities

• Prepare agendas, develop and maintain master project budgets and timelines for each project
• Prepare and coordinate project reports and drawing reviews for clients and project teams
• Assist in the selection, contracting process and oversight of consultants and construction teams
• Review requisitions, change orders and other invoices and discuss costs with client
• Support marketing of services to clients and adhere to policies
