Job summary

GH Engage is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex initiatives end-to-end, coordinating teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver on time and within budget. You will serve as the primary liaison between business units, customers, and suppliers, and shape how new projects and systems are brought to market.

You will oversee scope, budgets, risk and compliance, while driving effective communication and ensuring delivery milestones are met in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience.
• Degree in CS, Business, Engineering or related field.
• PMP, PgMP, CAPM or equivalent certification.
• Strong leadership, communication and time management.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and PM software.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee a project team, delegating tasks based on expertise and time constraints.
• Break projects down into clear tasks and keep delivery accurate and efficient.
• Carry out cost analysis and manage project budgets.
• Run risk assessments and propose risk reduction strategies.
• Address questions and issues as they arise throughout the project.
• Work with sales and marketing to support launches of new projects and systems.
• Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and best practice.
