Job summary

GH Engage is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead field construction projects, driving safety, quality production, client satisfaction, and favorable economic outcomes. You will oversee budgeting, client relations, scheduling, and risk management in collaboration with operations leadership and field teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering or Construction Management, 8+ years in construction management, and government contracting experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent technical training/experience.
• Minimum of 8 years in construction management, estimating, or craft supervision in facility or heavy civil construction.
• Government contracting experience in federal/state/municipal services, procurement, and contract administration.
• Strong understanding of construction law, contract negotiation, change orders, and safety regulations; proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Project Oversight: Supervise the total construction effort to ensure work is completed on time, within budget, and per design and safety specs.
• Cost & Budget Management: Prepare initial estimates, conduct cost analyses, manage budgets, and oversee change orders.
• Field Leadership: Plan direct onsite functions, including scheduling, material control, and admin support, coordinating with operations leadership.
• Contract Administration: Manage contract performance, perform risk assessments, and advise leadership on complex issues, negotiations, and disputes.
• Client & Stakeholder Relations: Primary contact for clients, AE reps, vendors, and regulatory bodies; collaborate with sales/marketing to support initiatives.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure operations comply with federal, state, local, industry, and contractual standards.
