Amentum Advanced Solutions is a dynamic engineering unit focused on design, build, startup and turnover of large-scale testing and facilities across aerospace, defense, automotive and nuclear sectors. Join a leadership-driven team delivering multi‑discipline projects with rigorous budgets and schedules.

The role requires years of engineering and project management experience to lead complex facilities, manage customer relationships, and deliver complete documentation and commissioning

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership ability and strong communication skills.
• Experience leading medium to large engineering projects with cross-functional teams.
• Proven track record in project management on complex assignments.

Responsibilities

• Serves as a point of contact for development of new business opportunities, objectives, scope and budgets.
• Leads multidisciplinary project teams to achieve milestones within schedule and budget.
• Manages large/complex projects, and develops required documentation and deliverables.
• Assesses progress vs. schedule and budget, resolves conflicts or elevates as needed.
• Evaluates performance of project team members.
