Qualifications

• 5+ years of project management experience in commercial electrical construction.
• Experience working for a commercial electrical contractor or self-performing electrical company.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial electrical construction projects from kickoff through final turnover.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, procurement plans, manpower forecasts, and execution strategies.
• Monitor project financials including forecasting, billing, labor productivity, cost control, and profitability.
• Coordinate superintendents, foremen, electricians, subcontractors, suppliers, and general contractors.
• Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documentation to ensure successful execution.
