Job summary

AlphaHire seeks an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial interior construction projects from contract award through final closeout. You will manage multiple projects, coordinate with owners, general contractors, and field teams, and ensure safety, schedule, and budget adherence.

The role requires 3+ years in commercial interior construction, proficiency with Procore, Bluebeam, and MS Project, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of project management experience in commercial interior construction.
• Experience with drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, flooring, or related interior finish systems.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specs and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial interior construction projects from award through closeout.
• Develop and maintain schedules, budgets, procurement plans, and execution strategies.
• Review drawings, contracts, and project documents to verify scope and identify issues.
