Job summary

AlphaHire seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead commercial lighting and electrical projects from award to closeout. You will coordinate with owners, contractors, architects, engineers, manufacturers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

The role requires 10+ years of PM experience in commercial lighting, electrical distribution, or commercial construction. You will manage schedules, budgets, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and provide regular status

Qualifications

10+ years of project management experience in commercial lighting, electrical distribution, or commercial construction.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to manage complex projects with multiple suppliers and contractors.

Responsibilities

Lead commercial lighting and electrical projects from award through closeout.
Coordinate with owners, contractors, architects, engineers, manufacturers, and internal teams.
Manage schedules, budgets, procurement, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
Provide regular project status updates and financial reporting to clients and leadership.
Track production, delivery schedules and resolve supply chain issues.
Identify risks and implement proactive solutions to keep projects on schedule.
