Job summary

Delta Electronics Americas is seeking an experienced Program Manager – Operations to oversee key operational initiatives and cross-functional projects. You will manage timelines, resources, reporting, and communication across multiple internal teams to ensure on-time delivery of objectives.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record in process improvements, coordinating internal stakeholders, and executing data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility for evening calls

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• 2+ years experience in electronics industry.
• 1+ years of program management experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills.
• Recognized organizational skills.
• Ability to work with and influence a large and diverse cross-functional team.
• Drive and persistence to overcome obstacles are paramount to success in this position.

Responsibilities

• Engage directly with the Omniverse platform, promoting the solution internally and externally to engage more aggressively with the customer.
• Develop strong relationships with engineering & PM teams from customer side.
• Manage data uploads to various Teams, Bug tracking, & SharePoint folders with focus on data continuity & simplification.
• Build and maintain program schedules incorporating differing formats from various internal sources with a focus on data integrity and executive visibility.
• Work across multiple time-zones and language barriers on an execution strategy for each new AI product engagement.
• Establish strong processes and procedures to ensure opportunities can be followed and commoditized.
