Qualifications

• 7-10 years of relevant engineering, field service, or project management experience.
• 5 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and organize engineering, installation, and startup of projects.
• Ensure projects are executed within budget and time frames.
• Interface with customers to maximize satisfaction.
• Conduct staff training and development.
• Mentor and guide team members.

Skills

Project management experience in a technical environment

Expert skills in Microsoft Office Suite

Leadership and mentoring abilities

Advanced financial analytical skills

Basic knowledge of IT networking principles
