CONVERGIX Automation Solutions in Exton, PA is seeking experienced Project Managers to lead complex automation projects, guiding a team of SMEs to deliver on cost, schedule and scope from start to finish. You’ll drive project execution excellence and deliver business results that meet or exceed expectations.

Ideal candidates bring 6+ years engineering or related experience, strong PM skills, PMP certification preferred, and the ability to travel as required to US/Canada.

Qualifications

• Project management experience with PMP certification preferred.
• Engineering or related degree required.
• Strong leadership and team mentoring abilities.
• Proven problem-solving skills and analytical capacity.
• Experience using project management tools and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver a variety of projects to customer satisfaction, on time delivery and budget adherence.
• Coach team members on project management fundamentals.
• Maintain project documentation: budget, labor forecasts, risk, schedule, changes, lessons learned.
• Facilitate design reviews with focus on avoiding scope creep and applying risk mitigation.
• Maintain schedules with clear critical path and communicate constraints to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with engineering and supply chain to ensure timely design release and material orders.
• Manage changes to scope, schedule, or budget through established change control processes.
• Lead customer review meetings and provide regular project updates.
