Job summary

General Atomics Aeronautical Systems, Inc. (GA-ASI) seeks a Senior Project Manager to coordinate the operational aspects of multiple projects and serve as liaison between project management and team members.

The role focuses on planning, monitoring budgets, schedules, and delivering quality products on time. You will lead cross-functional teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and develop progress reports, while identifying and resolving issues to meet productivity and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelors in Business Administration or related field required.
• Nine+ years of progressively complex experience in project administration and management.
• Strong understanding of PM processes, budgeting, scheduling and milestone tracking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with development of project plan(s) and manage resources to meet goals.
• Manage and monitor project schedule, timelines, and milestones from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver new or upgraded products/services.
• Assign and monitor work of project management staff and provide direction.
• Administer policies and procedures affecting the project.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements docs, and proposals.
• Collaborate to expand services and business opportunities.
• Ensure environmental and other regulatory compliance.
• Identify and resolve project issues to meet productivity and quality goals.
• Lead or participate in RFP processes to generate new business.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and safe working practices.
