Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or related discipline, with 9+ years of progressive project administration experience.
• Knowledge of project management processes, scheduling and budget management.
• Ability to plan, organize, and coordinate workloads to meet milestones and budgets.
• Strong communication, analytical, documentation and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using SAP for orders, tracking, and status updates with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; willing to travel and work extended hours.
• Ability to obtain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Assist with developing project plans and manage resources to meet schedule, budget, quality and specs. Acting as Cost Account Manager (CAM) for the Program Office team.
• Manage project schedules, timelines, and vehicle delivery efforts, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage contract deliverables and milestones for a development program, coordinating with cross-functional teams to assign, prioritize and track customer approval.
• Coordinate departmental teams to deliver new or upgraded products/services.
• Develop and present progress reports, financials, proposal summaries, and requirements documentation to project management/management.
• Ensure compliance with environmental and other regulations.
• Identify and assess project issues and develop recommendations for solutions to meet productivity, quality and customer satisfaction goals.
• Create and manage purchase requisitions and purchase orders in SAP; monitor orders and update records.
• Obtain and communicate order status by coordinating with suppliers, procurement, and internal stakeholders; research discrepancies in SAP and escalate risks.
• May participate in or lead segments of RFP, proposal and contract award processes.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Adhere to laws, regulations and safety procedures in all business activities.
• Other duties as assigned; Must possess: ability to initiate, plan and manage projects; ability to analyze data and develop solutions; strong communication and teamwork.
• Ability to obtain and maintain DoD security clearance.
