You will monitor progress, intervene with management, and drive solutions with teams and customers. The role requires strong PM processes understanding, scheduling, budgeting, and the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline with 9+ years of PM experience.
• Deep understanding of PM processes, scheduling, and budget management.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD security clearance.
• Strong analytical, communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Create project plans and manage resources to meet schedule, budget, quality, and specs.
• Oversee project timelines and milestones from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to prioritize tasks for new or upgraded products/services.
• Interpret and administer policies and procedures impacting projects.
• Develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documents, and presentations.
• Collaborate across management to expand services and opportunities.
• Identify and address project issues and optimize productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Provide leadership and guidance to project staff and communicate expectations.
• May participate in or lead segments of the RFP process to generate new business.
