This role manages and coordinates the operational aspects of one or more projects, acting as a liaison between project management and teams to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. The successful candidate will develop and monitor project plans, schedules, budgets, and performance metrics, while guiding cross-functional teams and securing compliance with DoD

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Business Administration or related discipline with nine+ years of project administration experience.
• At least three years in project management; substitute equivalent experience for education.
• Understanding of PM processes, planning, scheduling, and budget management.
• Strong communication, documentation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work extended hours and travel; ability to obtain DoD security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage project plans; allocate resources to meet schedule, budget, and quality goals.
• Track schedule, timelines, and milestones from initiation to delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver products and services.
• Provide guidance to project management staff; offer technical support when needed.
• Prepare progress reports, proposals, and requirements documents.
• Suggest improvements to expand services and business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and company policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Support RFP processes to drive new business.
