Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or related field.
• 5+ years construction management experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads all aspects of safety culture and mentors staff to ensure an injury-free environment.
• Manages prestart process and oversees buyout scheduling and subcontractor pricing.
• Coordinates the project with stakeholders including subcontractors, owner, design team and vendors.
• Leads project meetings (monthly reviews, progress and OAC) and oversees change requests and submittals.
