Calcium+Company in Philadelphia seeks an Associate Director, Project Management to lead and mentor a team across multiple brands and clients, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and strategic alignment.

You will partner with cross-functional leads, manage scope, risk and financials, and help optimize processes while maintaining strong client relationships.

Candidates should have 7+ years in advertising, pharma experience preferred, and proven leadership in PM best practices.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of experience in the advertising industry (pharmaceutical preferred).
• Must have supervisory experience.
• Expert in PM best practices, including methodologies, risk identification, and mitigation approaches.
• Product launch, med/legal, and FDA 2253/OPDP submission experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and project management systems.

Responsabilidades

• Partners with cross-functional leads to continually evaluate agency processes and procedures to ensure efficiencies are identified and implemented.
• Acts as owner of Calcium+Company process, ensuring adherence by the team.
• Develops, manages, and supports client relationships with key accounts; identifies value-added opportunities.
• Helps manage new business efforts with internal leadership.
